Inviting Cloakroom
A cloakroom can be a beautiful downstairs space; it doesn’t have to be an afterthought. In this Grade II listed building cloakroom, despite the age of the building, the room we designed is modern and elegant. The main features are the designer basin and WC from Laufen’s top ‘Alessi’ range, with their unique organic lines and sculptural ceramic forms, they are one of the most impressive ceramic ranges in the industry.
Along with the ceramic basin and vanity unit, high-end quality touches are evident throughout this space, such as the mirrored niches in the boxing, illuminated with LED spotlights, giving that luxury feel to the room as well as utilising space which would otherwise be unused.
Hints of illumination really bring this room to life, with a ‘shadow ledge’ built in above the basin to illuminate the whole wall, and a horizontal illuminated mirror adding a focal point to bring the whole elegant, modern design together.
