Completing a bathroom renovation can be a daunting process and we understand that many clients won’t have updated their bathroom for 10 years or more. Our philosophy is to give you all the information and options available, together with any pros and cons that go with them and that way you can make informed decisions about what would be best for you and your new bathroom.

We approach bathroom design in an open and friendly way to get the perfect result.
Please note the stages of the design process can vary, for example, we may only need to complete one property visit, rather than two.
Either telephone us at the showroom or send us a website enquiry and we will call you back. Our initial chat will cover a brief overview of your project and how we can help you. We will then arrange for you to visit our showroom, bringing some pictures/videos and some basic measurements that will allow us to give you design, product and budget advice early on.
After we have provided you with initial design ideas, product recommendations and a cost estimate that you are happy with, we will arrange a visit to your property to obtain accurate measurements and look at your existing plumbing and electrical systems.
After this visit we will put together your proposal which will include designs and a quotation and list of works.
When you come to the showroom our bathroom displays will give you some extra inspiration and ideas for your new bathroom which we can explore in our upstairs dedicated design area.
From our home design visit and the feedback you give us at your showroom visit, we can now provide you with a product specification and quotation to reflect all the design and product choices you have made.
If there are any changes you want to make to the design or project choices now is the time! If you are having second thoughts on your tile choice we can organise for extra samples to be sent out so you can be completely confident in all the decisions you have made.
If we need to complete a technical survey this is done before you make a deposit payment so you can be confident of the total bathroom project cost before you make a financial commitment. After this we take a deposit payment to confirm your booking in the diary.
We book your job into our work schedule and give you an estimated start week. This is then confirmed about a month before with the week work will commence. Then the week before we start we confirm the exact day. All that is left for you to do now is to look forward to enjoying your beautiful new bathroom.
